I'm Fatma, and in 2021, I stumbled upon Etsy, a real game-changer for me. That's when my mom and I decided to take our passion for hand-knitted products to the next level by launching our own store.

See, my mom is a knitting virtuoso. Ever since we were little, she'd craft the most amazing cardigans, sweaters, scarves, and berets for me and my siblings. I was always captivated by her knitting, and one day, I asked her to teach me. That's when my hobby turned into a skill I honed over time.

Before the pandemic hit, I was grinding away at a bank. But when we shifted to remote work due to the pandemic, I had the chance to explore Etsy. I was blown away by the array of beautiful handmade products available.

I made a decision. I was done with the bank gig; it was time to bring our knitted creations to Etsy. I shared my plan with my mom, and she was totally on board, backing me every step of the way.

Initially, I started by replicating cardigans and sweaters worn by my favorite singers. But as time went on, I expanded our Etsy store by creating new and unique designs.
